Did you know that FTIC can handle a closing and issue title insurance anywhere in the State of Florida? You get the same quality and service with our company that you can get with any other reputable company, but you will also save over 45% on the normal cost of closing fees and title insurance. FTIC is the ONLY title company in the State of Florida to go online and publish flat offered rates via Butler Rebating. Grand Rollout of FTIC
FTIC will commence operations on Tuesday, September 2nd, at 9 a.m. We anticipate strong demand as we will be sending marketing materials throughout the State of Florida on this date. As we ramp up operations, we will restrict acceptance of incoming orders to a level at which we can provide the highest level of services. This means that in the first few months of operation, we may be unable to accept all incoming orders. Therefore, if you are interested in having FTIC handle your closing, and availing yourself of the tremendous savings, then we would encourage you to place your order as soon as possible after operations commence. Thank you for your interest in our company, and we look forward to working with you!
Sincerely, The Staff and Management of FTIC.
